Printing of your LOGO. Possibilities and limitations.
The easiest way for printing is possible during production in our technology plant in Asia when the material is flat.
It is ideal if production and printing are done simultaneously with the production of other products for our warehouse. In this case, the products are transported to us together from our technology plant in Asia with other products in a container. Joint transport of a larger volume of products is the least expensive.
Types and methods of printing.
During the production of inflatable tubes in our technology plant in Asia, flat material can be easily printed using screen printing technology in multiple colors. Silk screen printing is the cheapest option.

Price calculation.
For a price calculation, your project with the logo placement and the number of required products is required. The technologist will calculate the production costs based on the number of colors and the size of the required print. The shipping company will calculate the shipping costs. Only then can a summary price offer be made for you.
Of course, it is possible to produce custom printed products according to your wishes independently. In that case, it is necessary to take into account the minimum order quantities at which production is profitable. Additional printing of your LOGO. Possibilities and limitations.
The options for additional printing of your LOGO on finished products which we already have in our stock are very limited for the following reasons:
- The material of finished products cannot be straighten and stretched.
- Today’s printing machines require the material to be stretched in order to print on it.
- Theoretically, it is possible to align a small area on the product that could be printed. Maximum 10cm x 15cm. Some printers have informed me that it is theoretically possible to print products on inflated products, while flattening the material over a small area.
- In the case of additional printing, direct digital color printing cannot be used. Pad printing technology may only be considered on a small area. The printer may also attempt printing using screen printing technology.
- The manufactured products are folded, packed and stored in cardboard boxes.
- The costs of handling finished products (transport packages with products to the printer, unpacking, inflating, printing, drying, air extraction, folding, packaging and transport from the printer back to warehouse) represent such high time and financial costs that even printing on a small area of the product in 1 color will significantly increase the price of the product.
- Printing is theoretically possible in 1 color, because during registration (placing the next color) there may be a shift.
