Claim assessment:

In order to assess the damage to the products, we have few options:
1. Sending the products to our address so that we can assess the damage.
2. Photos of all damaged products and the places where they were damaged.
The cheapest and easiest way is to take detailed quality photos of the damage so that we can discuss the damage with the manufacturer. To do this, you need to mark the product numbers with a marker at the place of damage and take a photo of each product. If there are several products with damage, please take a joint photo of all damaged products. Important: the photos must be of good quality so that you can zoom in on the details of the damage.
We will send the photos to the manufacturer for assessment. If it is a manufacturing defect, the manufacturer will propose a solution to the claim.
The products have their serial number printed inside the arrow on the front. Please take a photo of this number so that you can identify the product series. Each of our products contains an RFID TAG that can be read by a UHF reader and the serial number of each product can be found.
