Delivery and inspection of goods:

  1. When receiving the shipment from the courier, always check the integrity of the shipment and the integrity of the packages or packaging. Compare the photos of the shipment that we will send you upon dispatch and the actual condition upon delivery.
  2. Number of packages – Any differences in the number of packages or damage to the shipment must be reported immediately and written down with the courier! Record the courier’s name and phone number and the vehicle’s registration number due to the possible need to contact. Take quality photos in the presence of the courier. Photo documentation must be done right in his presence! Later complaints about the integrity of the shipment or missing packages are very difficult to prove to the courier company. Any missing packages or damage must also be reported to us and photo documentation sent to us.
  3. After unpacking, check whether the products in the package are intact despite the packaging damage.

Check whether the received goods and their quantities according to the documents agree with the ordered goods (Proforma Invoice, Delivery note, Commercial Invoice).

We usually require the acceptance of the goods to be signed with a signature, stamp and date of acceptance on the delivery note.
