  • The current number of available pieces of the product in stock

– The customer can make a price calculation himself from the available products.

  • By adding the product to the shopping cart, the system will calculate the total price including shipping costs.
  • The automatic calculation of the shipment price is not set for all countries and areas. If the system does not offer the price of transport, ask us for a price calculation for the transport of selected products.

– The customer can request a price quote.

– The customer can reserve products – by completing the purchase.

  • The products are reserved for the customer, written off from the stock, and the customer receives a Proforma invoice by e-mail.
  • In our e-shop, it is possible to consider a Proforma invoice as a price offer. The order is not binding for customer and can be canceled afterwards.
  • The order created in our e-shop becomes binding for us after crediting the payment for the proforma Invoice to our account, or after sending the bank transfer confirmation.
  • We can also cancel orders created in this way if you do not confirm to us by phone or e-mail that you are seriously interested in the products.

To complete the order, it is necessary to verify the validity of your VAT number. It is also necessary to sign and send us a declaration of ownership of the VAT number by e-mail. Here you can download the VAT Declaration form.

Ordering at prices without VAT is possible for EU countries except SK. 

For exports outside the EU and confirmed exports through the customs office, prices without VAT are charged.
